
This class is designed to help runners build core strength, improve mobility, and prevent injury. Through targeted Pilates exercises, we focus on the glutes, hips, and stabilizing muscles that support efficient running mechanics. Expect a mix of strength, control, and mobility work to help you run stronger, recover better, and move with more balance.
